Return Policy
We accept returns withinΒ 30 daysΒ of delivery for new, unused items in their original packaging with all labels attached.
Return Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- All tags and labels must be attached
- Maximum package weight: 20 kg
- Package dimensions must meet carrier requirements

- We'll send you return instructions and authorization
- Ship the item back using a trackable method
Refund Processing:
- Refunds are processed withinΒ 7 business daysΒ after we receive and inspect your return
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear in your account
- No restocking fees
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Exception:Β If the item is defective or we sent the wrong item, we'll cover all return shipping costs
Original Shipping Costs:
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect, in accordance with your statutory rights.
