⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired product.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility conditions outlined above (unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase).


Refunds
